6 class yoga pass: £60

Single class: £12 per class

Private Yoga Session (for 1 or more): £45 per hour, or 6 hours £225

Vinyasa Flow yoga

Vinyasa yoga combines a variety of different yoga styles, and includes the practice of asanas (postures) connected with the breath.  Classes normally start with some seated stretches and breathwork, before we move to flow through some of the wide variety of postures available to us, before finishing with a relaxation to ensure you leave with a positive energy. As with all my classes there is a strong focus on alignment, and it is designed to increase flexibility, strength and balance, whilst aiding in your ability to deal with stress in a positive way.  Experienced and beginners yogis are more than welcome, and will find a supportive class offering a variety of options.

Classes normally run:

Monday: 9 - 10.30am

Wednesday: 3.30 - 5pm

Thursday 9.30 - 11am
