6 class aerial yoga pass: £80
Single Class: £15 per class
Aerial yoga is a type of yoga which uses a hammock or yoga swing to allow you to perform asanas (postures) that you may not ordinarily be able to attempt on the yoga mat. The swing can be used in a variety of innovative ways so it supports your body, enabling you to perform yoga postures with ease that you would normally find challenging on the floor. By allowing you to go deeper into poses you can thereby enhance your yoga practice on both a mind and body level. In addition, aerial yoga has particular benefits for strengthening and stretching the whole body, decompressing the spine, improving circulation, boosting digestion and lifting your mood.
Aerial Flow Yoga
Although this class is created to be a very nurturing class, it is does also deliver a range of physical benefits (including increasing your strength, flexibility, balance, joint mobilisation, spinal traction and cardiovascular fitness). Supported by the swing, we will flow through a variety of asanas that, as well as the physical benefits, will increase feelings of wellbeing, trust, connection and relaxation. The class will always finish with a period of mindful relaxation ensuring the benefits from the session stay with you for some time after.

Monday 6 - 7.30pm and 7.45 - 9.15pm
